This course will bridge the gap between the theoretical concepts from The PMBOK® Guide and practical tool. Participants will learn how to use MS Project and derive the reports and charts specified in PMBOK® Guide.

Determining the resources and costing Setting baseline
Working out the Earned Value Management
Generating reports on Variances and Forecasts
Generating reports on Resource allocation and utlizations.
